R U OK? Day
Thursday 10 September is R U OK? Day.
In Australia, it’s a national day of action when we remind one another that every day is the day to ask, “Are you OK?”.
People in your world may be struggling with life’s ups and downs, particularly in 2020.
To learn more about how you can provide support to family, friends and colleagues, please visit: https://www.ruok.org.au/join-r-u-ok-day
To mark this occasion and show our commitment to making a positive impact regarding the mental health of our members, we have created a video message addressing the importance of this issue.
Your mental health and wellbeing is a high priority for us and we are here to help in any way we can.
Please ask for any support you need from supervisors, colleagues and University services, as well as the Centre’s leadership.
