Anita Ho-Baillie a Highly Cited Researcher five years running
Exciton Science Associate Investigator Professor Anita Ho-Baillie has been named among the Clarivate Highly Cited Researchers 2023.
It is the fifth successive year that Anita, the John Hooke Chair of Nanoscience at the University of Sydney, has been included in the prestigious rankings.
According to Clarivate, the Highly Cited Researchers have demonstrated significant and broad influence in their fields of research.
Each researcher selected has authored multiple Highly Cited Papers which rank in the top 1% by citations for their fields and publication year in the Web of Science over the past decade.
However, citation activity is not the sole selection indicator. A preliminary list based on citation activity is then refined using qualitative analysis and expert judgement.
Of the world’s population of scientists and social scientists, Highly Cited Researchers are 1 in 1,000.
Anita’s research interests include engineering of solar materials and devices at nanoscale and integrating them onto surfaces to generate clean energy for different applications.
Her achievements include demonstrations of high performance multi-junction cells in various categories and reporting of highly durable perovskite solar cells for land and space environments.
Anita was recently elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry in the United Kingdom.
